How to go about making a Return/Exchange
I do not issue refunds, but exchanges are always welcome.
Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your item to advise me that you are returning the product. Shipping/Handling charges will not be refunded.
If you do not see an item that you would like to exchange your item for
at the time of return/exchange, then I will issue a store credit to you
to be used at your leisure. New products are added to my shop
regularly.
Once I have received the item(s) that you are returning – then you are free to use your store credit.
